SheetAI Updates: From Internal Testing to Public Beta

By Jinny Doe ·

Happy New Year! Let's take a look back at SheetAI's progress over the past year.

During the testing period, the number of users exceeded

150+

Monthly token usage reached

10M+

During this time, we also had many face-to-face conversations with users. WWe discussed how data is handled in different scenarios, and identified which steps are repetitive and meaningless, and identified processes that don't actually require manual effort.

These interactions had a greater impact on SheetAI than any feature list or requirement document.

Starting from December, SheetAI officially opened Beta testing to the public, allowing us to engage with a broader range of use cases and real-world needs.

If everything goes smoothly, we plan to officially launch in January.

What Makes SheetAI Different

SheetAI is a fully AI-driven spreadsheet analysis tool. Users don't need to perform step-by-step operations in a spreadsheet; they simply describe their analysis requirements.

The system automatically completes the entire process of data cleaning, analysis, and visualization. Once an analysis workflow is established, subsequent uploads of new data will automatically follow the same logic.

This makes SheetAI especially suitable for:

Recurring weekly or monthly data processing tasks, rapid exploratory analysis, and producing high-quality charts ready for reporting and presentation.

In the new year, we hope to continue freeing up time from repetitive tasks, allowing more focus on truly valuable analysis and decision-making.
